This is my Round 1 entry I had submitted to the Foundations Contest over at www.modthesims.info
Made minor alterations before uploading it for others to use. I added more flowers at the front of the house and changed the kitchen furniture to base game content rather than the store items I used for the contest shots.

Several days ago I posted pictures of the latest house I'd built. But didn't have the street shot.
Well here it is. :) Along with where you can find it.

New House - 2400 Pinochle Point
I kinda spaced out and forgot to get a good street view shot of the house so I'll add it later. But here are some shots. I know, it's generically named. I'm terrible at naming lots so I just used the address of the empty lot I built on.
40 x 30 lot
Prices-
Furnished $85,526
Unfurnished $49,810
Has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bath is off the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished as a nursery.

Round 4 of the Foundations contest preview shots
I'm probably going to start over. While I like the interior shots shown here I detest the outside. That's why you can't see it :P

First post :) A few lots.
First off going to add my Round 2 Entry for the Foundations contest at Modthesims.
If you would like to download it, or view more screenshots, it can be found right here.
Second lot is a little coastal home I made. It's tiny so not much landscaping but I did shrub it out decently enough.
More shots and the download can be found here.
